Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the i1rm platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the i1rm platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that you are using the platform voluntarily and responsibly. i1rm reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and i1rm as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on i1rm. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. i1rm will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a password being shared or accessed by a third party without your authorisation. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the i1rm platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users also agree not to attempt to hack, damage, interfere with, or exploit any part of i1rm's technical systems. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
Payment and MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the i1rm platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other local Malaysian payment options. i1rm does not accept cash payments.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account status. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. i1rm will not be liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by user error or third-party technical issues beyond our control.
Every withdrawal request is subject to a security review and verification process. i1rm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed the stipulated limits. This is a standard safeguard to protect the security of user funds.

Any attempt to transfer funds between user accounts without authorisation, launder money, or use the platform for prohibited financial purposes is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
I1rm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity.
I1rm does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. In the event of maintenance, technical disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, i1rm reserves the right to temporarily suspend its services. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for service interruptions that occur for reasonable causes.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
I1rm reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, use of multiple accounts, game manipulation, or activities that compromise the security of the platform.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any balance associated with fraudulent activity. For account closures requested by the user, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard applicable procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the i1rm platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of i1rm and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without explicit written consent from i1rm.

This terms and conditions document is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the i1rm platform should first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
